We are a professional online dealer, all the orders will be delivered rightly to your door. Please make sure you are at home when the packages are arriving at you.

International shipping is handled by Parcel Force Worldwide 5-7 business days delivery usually. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays.

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via ParcelForce with tracking and drop-off with signature. All orders will be insured for the full purchase amount.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and all products are free shipping.

Returns or Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through our mail order, call center, or website and it is within 30 days of the original invoice date.merchandise must be free of wear and tear and must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed. Dirty merchandise will be returned to the customer, without evaluation.Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive the item back (shipping charges must be paid by customer for the return), we will ship your requested exchange item back to you without charging any additional shipping fees.

The new item may still be subject to duties and taxes.Please refer to the back of your invoice for the required return form.All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or Federal Express. We not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 15 business days to complete your return or exchange.

Refunds will only be allowed if the product is returned unopened within 7 days of the purchase date.

Cancellation Policy:
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately.25% cancellation fee applies. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
